The Baby Fulmer is a registered design by Fager; you won't find it anywhere else! It is a mix between loose and fixeds. The Fulmers are fitted closely against the horse's mouth, which helps steering and stabilization. The loose rings are situated further away from the corners of the mouth, which puts the pressure further down and inwards, thus encouraging the horse lift in the front, come back to the contact, all while avoiding a stiff feeling. A great choice for many horses and a good choice for young horses.
This bit is perfect for horses that can be stiff and heavy, but at the same time sensitive to harsh hands. Sally will give comfort by taking away the constant pressure from the tongue, and coupled with the lightness it will create a more effective pressure when needed.
The anatomic shape follows the contour across the mouth, dividing the pressure between the bars and tongue equally. A very comfortable design, especially for horses with a big tongue.
The short centerpiece eliminates palate interference. It breaks to the outside of the tongue. Sally even suits horses with a low and/or short palate with a big tongue. These horses are difficult to find a suitable bit for.
The roller reaches further down than the joints. This will increase the pressure when needed to avoid the constant pulling on the bit. Durable and lightweight double-jointed titanium bit without lock system. Thickness 14mm.
