Did I lose my reward points from the previous program?

No! Don't worry, all of your points from our previous rewards program have transferred over to our new system. Please call/text 425-454-9453 if you experience any issues.

Do I have to create an account to use my points?

In order to use your loyalty points online, you will need to create an account with us using your email address. Once your account is set up, you can use your points with the simple click of a button!

How can I check to see how many points I have?

Simply click on the "Rewards" button on the bottom left of the screen and sign into your account. You will be able to view your points and redeem your rewards from there!

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer using my referral link?

Nope! You can refer as many friends as you'd like. The limit does not exist.

Do my points expire?

Points earned from purchases online or in store do not expire. Promotional rewards, however, will have expiration dates.

What happens if I make a return?

If you used a reward to make a purchase, you will not be refunded for that amount, but the points used will be returned back to you. Any points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account.

Are there any exclusions to earning and redeeming points?

Points are earned for every dollar spent, however rewards cannot be redeemed on gift cards, sale items, or any saddles.
