About the Author
Jean Abernethy grew up on a small family farm, where her love for horses and the outdoors began at an early age. She later pursued a college degree in equine studies before earning her art degree from OCAD University in Toronto. For over 30 years, Jean's witty horse cartoons have appeared in equine publications, while her deep passion for horses has led her to work in saddle making, barn management, carriage driving, and trail guiding. Her beloved character, Fergus, has brought laughter to over 300,000 fans worldwide on Facebook.
