I purchased a helmet, same size brand and shape as before and it didn’t fit. I couldn’t get down there right away and they were accommodating. Said to keep it in the box and come when I could, even thou it would be shy a month. I brought the helment and they fitted me. No issues, no problems. Olson’s is what customer service is alllll about.
There was apparently an issue with USPS with the item I ordered (tracking was never updated and item wasn’t received). Olson’s made it right and sent me another one. No doubt the shipping protection helped.
