Did I lose my reward points when the program was updated?
No! You earned those points and we appreciate your continued business! All of the points you have earned are still there :]
Is there a minimum purchase amount to redeem rewards?
Yes! You must make a minimum $50 purchase to redeem your available rewards.
Can I use multiple rewards upon checkout?
Yes! You can stack up to 5, $10 rewards, (2,500 points) for a maximum of $50 off upon check out on a single purchase.
What is a tier status?
There are 4 tier levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, & VIP. Your rewards membership offers escalating benefits based on your total annual spend over a 12 month period beginning on the 1st of every year. That earns your tier.
- Bronze: Automatic upon sign up
- Silver: Annual spend requirement of $2500
- Gold: Annual spend requirement of $5000
- VIP: Annual spend requirement of $10000
Does my tier status expire?
Yes, your tier status resets at the 1st of every year.
What are the benefits offered per tier levels?
- Bronze & Silver: Earn 1x points per $1 spent
- Gold: Earn 2x points per $1 spent + early access to sales events + *FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50

Are there any exclusions to earning points?
No! You earn points on every purchase, we appreciate you shopping with us!
Do my points earned expire?
No! Points earned from purchases online or in store do not expire.
Do my rewards earned expire?
Yes! While your points earned on purchases NEVER expire, your promotional rewards earned will have expiration dates. Use them so you don't lose them!
Are there any exclusions to redeeming points?
Yes, rewards earned cannot be redeemed on the following items:
- Gift cards
- Online exclusive marked items
- Sale/clearance items
- Promotional marked items
- Saddles
What happens if I make a return?
If you used a reward to make a purchase, you will not be refunded for that amount, but the points used will be returned back to you. Any points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account.
How can I check to see how many points I have?
Simply click on the "Rewards" button on the bottom left of the screen and sign into your account. You will be able to view your points and redeem your rewards from there!
Do I have to create an account to use my points?
Yes! In order to use your loyalty points online, you will need to create an account with us using your email address. Once your account is set up, you can use your points with the simple click of a button!
