Custom Boot & Helmet SpecialistFull-Time
Location: Bellevue, WA
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with customers, has an eye for detail, and wants to develop specialized expertise in the equestrian industry.
Our Custom Specialists work with premium equestrian brands and help riders with:
- Custom and semi-custom tall boot fittings
- Custom riding helmet fittings and configurations
- Safety equipment and technical product fitting
- Custom orders and customer follow-up
- Building long-term relationships with riders and trainers
- Maintaining accurate measurements, orders and customer records
Equestrian retail or fitting experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, confidence working with clients, and a desire to learn are most important.
Compensation & Benefits
- $24–$30/hour, depending on experience
