We’re looking for a full-time custom boot & helmet specialist to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with customers, has an eye for detail, and wants to develop specialized expertise in the equestrian industry.

Our custom specialists work with premium equestrian brands and help riders with:

• Custom and semi-custom tall boot fittings
• Custom riding helmet fittings and configurations
• Safety equipment and technical product fitting
• Custom orders and customer follow-up
• Building long-term relationships with riders and trainers
• Maintaining accurate measurements, orders and customer records

Equestrian retail or fitting experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, confidence working with clients, and a desire to learn are most important.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented shopify product listing specialist to help manage and expand the product catalog for our growing ecommerce business.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured computer work, works efficiently, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating new Shopify product listings
• Entering product descriptions, pricing, SKUs, sizes and colors
• Creating and organizing product variants
• Uploading and organizing product images
• Updating existing listings
• Organizing products into collections
• Reviewing listings for accuracy and consistency
• Helping improve online merchandising and navigation
• Working with our team to get new merchandise online quickly
• • Identifying missing or incomplete product information

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Extremely detail-oriented
• Fast and accurate with data entry
• Comfortable working independently
• Organized and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
• Comfortable learning new software
• Familiar with ecommerce and online shopping

Shopify experience is preferred, but we’ll consider candidates with strong computer skills and ecommerce experience who can learn quickly. Equestrian knowledge is helpful but not required.

We’re looking for an outgoing, dependable retail sales associate to join our team.

If you enjoy helping customers, learning new products and working in a fast-paced specialty retail environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Helping customers select apparel, footwear, tack and equipment
• Learning our brands and becoming a product expert
• Assisting with helmets, safety equipment and product fitting
• Processing sales through Shopify POS
• Restocking and merchandising products
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
• Building relationships with regular customers
• Helping customers discover additional products that meet their needs

Horse experience is helpful, but great retail and customer service experience can be just as valuable. We can teach the equestrian side to someone who is enthusiastic and willing to learn.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person to join our team and take primary responsibility for shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working independently, and making sure things are done correctly the first time. Accuracy is more important to us than speed.

Responsibilities include:

• Pick, pack, and ship online and customer orders accurately
• Process shipping through Shopify
• Verify product, size, color, quantity, and customer information before orders leave the store
• Receive and organize incoming vendor shipments
• Assist with inventory organization and product placement
• Maintain a clean, efficient shipping and receiving area
• Track outstanding shipments, repairs, and special-order items as needed
• Communicate clearly with coworkers when there are order or inventory questions
• Help with general store operations during slower shipping periods

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Extremely accurate and detail-oriented
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Dependable and consistent
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Able to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy
• Comfortable lifting boxes and being on their feet throughout the day
• Positive and easy to work with in a small-team environment

Experience with Shopify, retail fulfillment, shipping, warehouse operations, or inventory management is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.

Equestrian or tack knowledge is helpful but not required. We care more about finding someone who is reliable, organized, and takes pride in getting every order right.
