  • Precision Sizing: Specifically engineered to fit Small (53–55cm), Medium (56–58cm), and Large (59–60cm) shells for a secure, stable feel.
  • Custom Fit Solutions: Available in standard or extra-thick "Custom" padding (12mm or 15mm) to bridge the gap for riders between shell sizes.
  • Advanced Breathability: Constructed from moisture-wicking materials that promote airflow and keep the head cool during intense training or competition.

Liner Compatibility & Thickness Chart

We all know head shapes aren't one-size-fits-all. That's why Evoke created specialized custom-thickness liners to solve the most common helmet fit issues.

  • Got a headache? If you're right on the edge of a size bracket (like 55cm or 58cm), swap your standard liner for the Custom 2mm option. It trims back the internal bulk just enough to give you a comfortable, pinch-free fit without stepping up to a loose shell.

  • Helmet sliding or rocking? If you have a finer or more oval head shape, standard padding can leave gaps. The Custom 12mm and 15mm liners add plush, targeted thickness to firmly anchor the helmet in place.
