How do I return an item?

Olson’s Tack Shop strives to ensure that you enjoy the products that you purchase. Should you not be satisfied Olson’s welcomes your return or exchange.

The Details:

  • Returns and merchandise exchanges are valid within thirty-days of purchase. All returned and/or exchanged merchandise must be in new condition, accompanied by the sales receipt, and in all original packaging.
    If you are unable to find your receipt we may be able to find your purchase in another way. Please contact us before shipping the item if this is the case.
  • All items returned or exchanged after 30-days from the original purchase date will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee for store credit only.
  • Olson’s does not accept returned merchandise beyond 60-days from the original date of purchase.
  • Returns of horse blankets are subject to manufacturer's warranty once they have been used.
  • All saddle purchases are final, learn more about our Saddle Trial Program.
  • Clearance, permanently marked down, custom ordered or consignment merchandise is non-returnable.
  • Cash refunds over $25 will be issued by company check within 10 business days.
  • Olson’s offers a one-time price adjustment within 7-days of purchase for all sale discounts and special events. The difference will be issued as an Olson's Tack Shop store credit.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us with a photo of the item and we will issue a replacement.
  • If you are shipping an item back to us, allow 7-10 days for it to reach us. Once we receive it, your return will be processed and/or your exchange will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Allow up to 7-10 days for your bank to process a refund.
  • Return postage is at the cost of the customer. Olson’s is not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international shipments or returns.
